Oumar est un excellent coach. C'est toujours un plaisir de me rendre à ma séance car l'accueil y est toujours très chaleureux, son sourire et sa bonne humeur sont contagieux N'étant pas du tout sportive à la base j'étais un peu septique quand à l'efficacité de ce programme. Mais grâce à sa méthode, à tous ces bons conseils nutritionnels et à son infinie patience à corriger et me réexpliquer chaque mouvements autant de fois que nécessaire, j'en suis déjà à 7 kilos de perdu et je me sens beaucoup mieux dans ma peau. Le résultat obtenu est donc au delà de mes espérances, j'en suis totalement satisfaite et vous le recommande sans aucune hésitation
